How thick are the signs?
They are made out of 3mm acrylic
ORDERING
Do I need a logo?
No you don’t, we can work together to create a design for your sign if you don’t already have an existing one
TURNAROUND TIMES
How long will my sign take to make?
As they say, perfection takes time, but we usually have your sign reading within 2-3 weeks
Do you offer a Rush Service?
If you need to rush your order please get in contact with us. We will be happy to accomodate for an additional fee
SHIPPING
Who do you ship through?
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post or Aramex
Do you send Express?
If you choose to send your order via Express this will speed up shipping time, but production time will still remain the same - approx 2-3wks.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If we deem that your product has been damaged in transit, you will have the choice of a refund or to be sent a replacement sign, free of charge. To be eligible, you must let us know (in writing with supporting images) of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

HANGING MY SIGNAGE
Can I hang the sign outside?
You sure can! Our signs are 100% weather proof and can be constantly exposed to all of the elements
What can I hang my sign with?
If you are sticking them to a wall you can hang them with command Velcro strips. Alternatively, you have the option to choose to add two small holes to your sign for hanging during the ordering process
